JOHN PAUL SOUZA
President and CEO

John is the driving force behind Dedicated Rep, Inc.’s passion for sales and delivery of superior value for money to clients. He has an extensive and stellar background in sales in the financial corporations he had been in. He was a Regional Director at the Banc America Capital Management Group where he was able to grow their portfolio 6-fold to an astounding $1.2 billion by building strategic relationships with treasury management and private banking groups. He was also responsible for one of the most successful roll outs in the history of mutual funds, delivering $3 billion in managed assets within the first 16 months of his stay with American Skandia. He also more than doubled managed assets to $100 million in his first year with and was consistently the ranked number among sales executives in division and unit.

He finished his BS Finance Degree from the New York University and completed his Entrepreneurship Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

JOSEPHINE M. TIONGCO
GM and Director of Operations

Josephine is a big proponent of providing operational innovation to clients’ service requirements as a distinct means of securing for them the kind of edge they need to survive and sustain their respective businesses in an increasingly competitive market. She prefers out-of-the box marketing strategies and is constantly looking for ways to improve bottom-line results. She has more than 15 years experience in sales and operations and has had brief stints with the broadcast and print media.

She earned her BS Psychology from the Colegio de San Juan de Letran and completed her MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

LAURO GUEVARRA
Operations Consultant

Lauro Guevara has more than 30 years experience in the field of operations management and general management. He is a corporate consultant who specializes in the fields of operations, marketing, systems development, industrial engineering, environment and project management.

He is currently a professor at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and is member of the Operations Cluster Faculty. He handles MBA subjects in Applied Mathematics, Managerial Statistics and Operations Management.

He was the Chairman of the Philippine Board of Chemical Engineering, Professional Regulation Commission, for over 10 years and has worked in senior executive level capacity in several major companies here and abroad.
