Your company can send large sensitive files like customer databases to us via a secure FTP location. We will download the files immediately from their secure location and remove them from the FTP network as soon as we have them in our possession.
Any information you share with us that could compromise your business operation in the future is held in the strictest confidence. Part of our service agreement with you details that only top level executive staff can access it and this privilege is even protected with a Non-Disclosure Agreement that these personnel must sign.
